Can I trade via Chat?

Yes. Our traders are available for coordinated trading via the Chat interface, and are able to facilitate pricing and settlement.

What currencies can I deposit in order to start trading?

We accept all major fiat currencies. You can also deposit your crypto into your TenetX PRO wallet.

Can I trade exotic or less liquid cryptocurrencies and NFTs?

Yes. We have an extensive network of liquidity providers and counterparties that support the most exotic tokens and NFTs available.

How long does it take to open up an account?

Upon receipt of a completed application, accounts are typically ready for use within 48 hours.

Is my crypto stored securely?

Yes. SH Digital has partnered with a qualified crypto custodian to ensure the security of all crypto wallets under our care. We can provide both warm and cold crypto wallet options upon request.

What sort of fees are associated with OTC transactions?

We provide extremely competitive fees.  Transaction fees vary by volume and type of trade.

What types of API methodologies do you support?

We support REST and web sockets for API-level transactions. Support for FIX API is soon to be implemented.
